Q1 - How do the Grants Work?
The First Home Buyer Grant is a Queensland Government Incentive of $15,000 afforded to First Home Buyers to assist them in purchasing their first home - which must be a new property. The Homebuilder Grant is a short term Federal Government Incentive of $25,000 to stimulate the building economy and provide purchasers an avenue to buy an Off The Plan property capped at a price limit and within a commencement timeframe. Combining the two provides First Home Buyers access to $40,000 in Grants. There is an additional stamp duty concession (up to $8,750 in value) and city council rates concession for the first year (approx $1,650 in value) for First Home Buyers.

Q2 - Is Renovaré eligible for the First Home Buyer & HomeBuilder Grants?
Yes - Renovaré Yeronga is eligible for the First Home Buyer Grants as the complex will be brand new.
Renovaré stages 3 & 4, Venusto & Viridi are also eligible for the HomeBuilder Grant as they are commencing within the allocated timeframes.
Q3 - What is Venusto?
Venusto is Stage 3 of the Renovaré development and is located in the North East corner of the complex.
Venusto offers 34 apartments over 4 levels. With a range of 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments available, commencing late 2020 and completing in late 2021.
Q4 - What is Viridi?
Viridi is Stage 4 of the Renovaré development and is located in the South East corner of the complex. Viridi offers 21 apartments over 3 levels, with a range of 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom apartments on offer commencing late 2020 and completing in late 2021.
Q5 - What is an EnviroDevelopment?
EnviroDevelopment is a certification process governed by the Urban Development Institute of Australia. The UDIA award developments that achieve outstanding performance across four or more of the provided sustainability elements being Ecosystems, Waste, Energy, Materials, Water & Community. Q6 - What's involved in buying Off The Plan?
Buying Off the Plan sounds like a complex process but it is actually quite simple - you choose the apartment that suits your needs, what level, what aspect, how many bedrooms. You then choose the colour scheme you prefer, sign and complete your contract documents and pay a 10% deposit. After you complete this initial stage - then you simply watch it being built!
